Shopping!

Hello!

Okay, so today we went shopping! We got a lot of fun stuff, including The Sims 2: Apartment Life and The Sims 2: Pets. Yay!!!

We also bought... SHOES!!!

I got a pair of black and pink Airspeed gym type shoes. They are really comfy and cute.

























Jennie got L.e.i plaid pumps. They are so adorable!



























I gotta admit, I am such a L.e.i fangirl. We have L.e.i cowgirl boots, sundresses, etc. They're really cute, fun and comfortable to wear.

Anyway, we also went to the library with my MIL. I love, LOVE, love the library and I always check out an arm full of books.

What am I reading?

• Building Web Sites ALL-IN-ONE FOR DUMMIES. (I am enjoying this new hobby/interest of making blog backgrounds and I have always wanted to learn how to build actual web sites!)
• A Halloween Reader Poems, Stories, and Plays from Halloweens Past. (I love Halloween so I just had to get this book! Plus I love darker poetry, etc. I definitely think it'll be a fun read!)
• [2] Trigun Maximum Death Blue. (I love the anime Trigun, plus it is the first anime Jennie and I ever watched together. I've never read a manga and have always wanted to, so I picked this one due to it being such a great anime. However, they didn't have book [1] in. Boonah!
• Fushigi Yûgi Genbu Kaiden 1. (Woohoo! Another manga! Never have heard of this one, so I am excited to see what it is like. It is about a Priestess, who is on an epic journey. She also meets two Celestial Warriors. A man that has the power to summon wind and turn into a woman. And a bowman who is hunting the other Warrior.)
• Hellsing 5. (Yes, another manga! I never even noticed this section of the library, so I grabbed a few I thought I'd like. Hellsing is great... Okay, so I've never watched it, but it has an awesome woman who is girly yet wears suits and smokes a cigar, totally awesome. This manga is about Nazi undead, rifles, etc. mixed with fancy technology and vampires! Squee!)

• (And finally) A Practical Guide To Vampires. (Okay... So, this was in the kids section. But ya know what? I don't care, it is AMAZING! I've always loved books filled with "facts" (even if they are not real) and interesting stories, etc. This book has everything from what vampires look like to what jobs fit them the best! Plus, it has absolutely amazing art.

So, those are all the books I got today. I am very, very happy! Other then that, Jennie's parents got back from a four/five day trip yesterday. We had a lot of fun having the house to ourselves and we even cleaned inside and out to surprise them! We're happy that they're home, though.

Well, I am off to read and play the new Sims games with Jennie. 'Night! ^_^
